At Walker Lettings & Management our simple aim is customer satisfaction. We appreciate that not all clients want the same thing and we adapt and tailor make our approach to suit your individual needs. We set the company up in 2002 after working at other agencies and felt we could use our previous experience to provide more for our clients.
Being a smaller independent company, all of our clients are equally important. We talk to our clients and find out exactly what they want. We have had feedback telling us that they have felt fobbed off by other agents or that they are not completely satisfied with the level of service and attention that they get. We listen to our clients and take this on board to ensure a healthy working relationship. It’s the small things and attention to details that are important.
Some agents who offer a lettings service do so to subsidise their sales service and in some cases Landlords maybe dealing with someone who has little or no experience of Lettings or worse still, no interest in Lettings. We on the other hand only deal in Lettings and Management. It is important to know that your property is being looked after and we feel that our client specific tailor made approach is ideal.
NO RENEWAL FEES – Most agents charge renewal fees (Tenant Finding Only) so if your Tenants stay beyond an initial 12 month contract you will be charged again the following year and maybe beyond that until those Tenants move out. We only charge for the first 12 months, after that everything is yours. Why pay another percentage to the agent for what amounts to little or no work. They don’t find the Tenant twice so why charge twice.
